I’ve been with this practice for over 40 years. Even after moving 30 miles away 35 years ago, I never gave a thought to finding a dentist closer to my home. The knowledge Drs Orser and Springer and the client care they provide is amazing. I have never felt in better hands than when I had a monster infection and after months of attempts to save my tooth, we ended up extracting it. They did everything possible but it kept coming back and only after the extraction was it apparent that it never would have healed on its own. Best decision ever. The entire staff is amazing and I’m really thankful that I met Dr Orser while making his business deposit at my teller window 40+ years ago. More

Highly trained and qualified staff, state of the art technology, comfortable waiting area and a warm friendly family feel. I was experiencing gum issues due to inadequate cleanings from a different practice. I saw Dr Springer and my issues were quickly addressed and have greatly improved. Thanks! More

Dentists are NOT all the same. I found that out quickly when I started with Dr. Springer and decided to try someone local because it was more convenient. I am now back with Dr. Springer and his amazing staff. Dr. Springer is unique in that he cares so much about his patients, he listens, explains what is going on and goes above and beyond. He is incredibly thorough and will spend the extra time needed to make sure your tooth is perfect. His staff is amazing. They are ALL welcoming, nice and always have a smile on their face. You can tell that Dr. Springer takes amazing care of his people and it shows. My hygienist Angie is the best! And I have had others, they are ALL great! Not to mention the technology they use for teeth cleaning is top of the line!! The office itself is clean, modern and exactly what you would want to see/walk into when you visit your dentist. I would 100% recommend Dr. Springer to all my friends, near AND far. More

If I could rate 10 stars I would. I stumbled upon Arlington Adult dentistry when I was interested in laser gum contouring, but little did I know I had found what is probably one of the best dental practices in the country. Dr. Springer went above and beyond from the early stages of planning to the actual execution of my treatment. You will feel like his only patient. The rest of the staff, hygienists, and assistants are very skilled at their jobs and make you feel like you’re at home. Even if I move an hour or so away, I will still make the trip when I need to see a dentist or get a cleaning. I am utterly blown away by the skill, technology, and overall care at this place. For many years I have been patient/customer at this dentistry and I always enjoyed (as far as you can use this term for dental work) excellent service by Dr. Orser and the entire team. Now, everybody getting older, I got some concerns about the foreseeable change due retirement, as it takes me a long time to find confidence and trust to someone looking after my teeth. For me, here was the pleasant experience I had with the "extended" and on-going transition from Dr. Orser to Dr. Springer. It was easy to get acquainted with the person Dr. Springer and the way he performs the work he is doing. So, my initial concerns are entirely gone and I believe my dental needs will continue to be satisfied here. More

Had cleaning & Doctor Springer examined x-rays. Need a little work on 2 teeth. As always the procedure was explained and 2 appointments have been made to do these. Been going to Arlington Adult Dentistry over 30 years. More

I have been at this practice about eight months now and am very pleased. I had already followed Dr. Springer from his previous practice because I could not have been happier with the work he has done on my teeth. He was a true artist when it came to my crowns and veneers, and his professionalism and demeanor put me at ease throughout a year and a half worth of dental work. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I have been just as happy with my new hygienist Alyssa. She is very thorough when doing my cleanings and I can tell by our conversations just how knowledgeable she is about her job. Overall the practice is run well, with a lovely staff and I do not regret my choice to drive a half hour each time to get there! More

Congratulations Dr Orser. Dr. Springer is a great choice to join your practice. He is friendly, competent and shows real interest in learning the patients he cares for. I really enjoyed my appointment and his recommendation for solving an issue. There was an Infected tooth that needed removal. Unfortunately I was leaving the next day to drive to Alabama Your administrative staff is always ready to work out any problems. With 30 minutes the team had identified 2 appropriate practices close to our Alabama home and Dr Springer did some research and made a recommendation. moments later I had an appointment scheduled for the procedure with the selected provider. Dr. Springer did a great job replacing my fillings. He did everything to make me comfortable and he kept checking in with me to make sure I was doing OK. He was very meticulous to make sure everything was done properly. I had no pain or discomfort during the procedure or after leaving the office. More

My husband and I live in a different state, and we drive 2 1/2 hours to reach his office. My husband had an appointment with Dr. Springer, and he also experienced exceptional service. Awesome!!!! - If I can sum up my experience with Dr. Springer so far it has been magnificent. I personally have to get a front crown replaced which is nerve wrecking but he made me feel very comfortable. I actually felt confident during the first visit with him. He explained what he was going to do. I still have a few more sessions with him which I am very excited about. I can tell you that I have been through so many dentists in the past years. They were minor procedures like cleanings and two cavities. Some dentists were ok, others terrible, and many just didn't care. In this case, I happened to stumble upon Dr. Springer through a referral. Omg, he is a blessing. He isn't only a dentist but a human being who actually cares about the patient, something that is hard to find today.He takes his time, very patient, listens to your concerns (the most important thing), friendly, warm individual, very knowledgeable, communicates extremely well, explains the action plan, always asking if you are ok during the procedure, and he is very detailed. Oh I forgot to mention he does not rush through, he wants to see a beautiful result. Although I have to wait to see my beautiful smile, I rather wait for everything to be healed and properly done to get that right result. Also his dental assistants Daisy and Jackie were awesome. Between Dr. Springer and these two ladies they were always making sure I was doing ok, wiping my face due to the splash of water. I'm sorry but I am one of those people who love little things like that. I truly am very happy to have met Dr. Springer, he is awesome.
