My experience at this dental office was amazing. From the greeting I received when I walked through the door, to the caring effort by Elisa while cleaning my teeth as painless as she could possibly make it, to my knowledgable consult with Drs. Springer and Orser who made me aware of future work that I may need to have done, and even to the kind and smiling face of Lisa when I paid my bill, everything was handled so professionally, but more than that, so compassionately. I would recommend this dental office to anyone needing any kind of dental work done. More

My wife and I were very impressed with Adult Dentistry in Arlington Heights, Illinois!Yesterday, I accompanied my wife to Dr. Orser for her appointment.  While waiting, I asked Lisa if I could pay a fee to just have Dr. Orser take a quick peek at a gold crown I was having trouble with. As I am a Vietnam Veteran with a 100% VA disability rating, my dental is provided by the VA at no cost. All I wanted was to have it checked so I would have a better idea of what was facing me.  Lisa talked to Dr. Orser, and directed me to an exam room where the Dr. not only looked at the problem crown, but took a picture of it, had a very nice lady technician take an xray as well. Then, he throughly explained what was wrong with the Crown and the tooth under it!  There was no charge!(That’s very nice of them, knowing I get my dental work free of charge at the VA!)My wife then had a new overlay done to a tooth with a fracture......everything was professionally completed  the same day!!  Very impressive indeed!!We highly recommend Dr. Orser, and Adult Dentistryto anyone wanting the most comprehensive, professional, and super friendly dental care possible!Thank you all at Adult Dentistry in Arlington Heights, IL.Mike and Jan LarsenPhoenix, Arizona More
