All went well..1st time visit ,we did not know what to expect, with all the individual conferences..very thorough but when I went in for xrays..I was left in room approx. 30min. alone, no one told me what was going on, I could not get up and leave..my chair still up in the air...finally someone came in and I asked if I could fill out my paper work to save some time. The only suggestion I would say is new clients should be advised their appt. may take up to 2 hours...my Father had just passed away and we did not have time to cancel our appointments so we came to them anyway thinking we would only be there 1 hour or so...I apologize myself for being very frustrated there..but being left alone for so long in room not knowing what was going on was not good. On another note..we are very pleased and I have already referred family and friends to Dr.Orser..hopefully they will make an appointment. More
